Its website lists roofing systems from low-slope PVC, TPO and EPDM to metal and shingle roofs, and names a service area running from Hartford and New Haven to Providence, Baltimore and Charlotte. A recent customer says Brandon Kuziel managed their roofing project and checked in with them throughout, and that on installation day Sami ran the crew on-site and took the time to explain the process clearly. That customer says the post-job cleanup was thorough. A recent customer says PBA completed a challenging residential siding job, that Dan and Brandon were great to work with, and that the crew did not rush, was quick to address issues and left the job clean every day. A 2025 customer said Dan and Brandon's team completely repaired the plywood and shingles above their garage and bonus room, starting Saturday morning and finishing and cleaning up by early evening, with the dumpster hauled away on Monday. A 2025 reviewer said PBA replaced their 50,000 square foot roof in the middle of winter. A 2025 reviewer said PBA had completed multiple inspections and large-scale commercial roofing projects for them over nine months. In a 2023 review, a customer said that within a few days of contacting PBA they had an estimate, and within 1 week the old roof was taken off, plywood repaired where needed and the new roof put on, all in the same day, on a roof just shy of 2,100 sq/ft. A 2024 customer said their yard was spotless after the roof was installed. Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0652521, as active; its Massachusetts home improvement registration, 199842, is listed as expired. **Strengths:** - Same-day reroof — a 2023 customer said the roof went on in one day - A one-day repair — a 2025 customer said work finished by early evening - Large roof replacement — a 2025 reviewer said PBA replaced a 50,000 square foot roof - Thorough cleanup — a recent roofing customer says post-job cleanup was thorough ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.5★ from 23 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Premier%20Building%20Associates&query_place_id=ChIJkeMqrdfV54kRRMp0yVhIzgE) — “Google: 4.5★ from 23 ratings” - Roof replacement and roof repair _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25ocVEyTm1WRmQ0WjJwclRHOHhTRFpmWjJsb2NtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1ce4858c974ca44!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnhqQ2NmVFd4Z2prTG8xSDZfZ2locmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Highly recommend Premier Building Associates for any roofing needs.
