## The honest read

When a tree fell on one customer's roof, Prescott Roofing sent a crew the following morning and the job was completed that day. Its website describes roof replacement, repair and storm damage restoration across Hillsborough, Rockingham and Merrimack counties.

A customer with a leaking roof said their crew was out there the following day, and named the owner as Nate. A customer who expected a multi-day project said it took only a day, and that the crew protected the property before starting and made sure everything was clean before leaving. One customer said Prescott finished their roof in one day, taking seven hours from demo to completion.

A customer said Nathan's crew arrived early, kept them updated throughout the day and completed the entire job in one long day. A customer who said they had been in contracting their entire life wrote that Nate gave an honest assessment and never tried to upsell them on anything they didn't need. A customer with a small leak in the roof said Prescott Roofing was quick to respond and did the repair. A customer named Jimmy as their point of contact and Louis as the head of the roofing crew, and said they did the job in the specified time.

**Strengths:**
- Next-day crew — they sent a crew the following morning after a tree fell
- One-day roof — finished in seven hours from demo to completion
- Honest assessment — Nate never tried to upsell anything they didn't need
- Property protection — the crew protected the property before starting
