## The honest read

Prime D & J Mover's is a moving company whose website lists Brunswick, Portland, Deering, South Portland, Cumberland and Falmouth as its service area. On that site it goes by D & J Movers Maine and describes itself as having over 10 years of experience; a separate line on the same site gives 34 years in business.

A customer with a large number of items to move said the team worked hard to get everything handled properly and stayed professional and courteous the entire time. Someone who needed belongings moved urgently between two locations said the company responded quickly and the transfer was organized and completed in a very timely manner. A customer said the team arrived as scheduled to move items purchased from another city, handled the shipment with care, and communicated better than expected. One customer said the team made a stressful move much easier and handled the loading and shifting with care.

**Strengths:**
- Quick response — a customer needing an urgent move said they responded quickly
- On-schedule arrival — a customer said the team arrived as scheduled
- Careful loading — a customer said loading and shifting were handled with care

**Where sources disagree:**
- The company's website gives two figures for its time in business: over 10 years of experience in one line and 34 years in business in another.
