## The honest read

Prime Home Solutions is a Methuen husband-and-wife cleaning outfit — Marilza and Cristiano — whose reviews describe something rarer than spotless floors: clients who have stuck around for years. In a 2025 review, a property manager who says she's hired "dozens of cleaners" over the years called Marilza the only one who has never let her down, describing her stepping in when other crews flaked or didn't show.

The numbers back it up — 71 ratings on Google averaging 5.0 stars, and the reviews on file run from mid-2025 into 2026 without a single complaint. The recurring thread is consistency: a 2026 review described a post-construction cleaning so thorough it turned into a standing monthly arrangement, and a 2025 review from a six-year client described the crew going above and beyond with every visit, down to changing sheets and switching over laundry without being asked.

Several reviews mention small personal touches that show up when a crew has been in the same houses for years — a 2025 review described Marilza remembering to reorganize a client's action figure collection, and another mentioned decorative folds left in the bathroom tissue. The written record also points to range beyond standard cleaning: reviewers describe move-in and move-out jobs, and one 2025 review described a full post-construction clean of a newly purchased Bradford house, including the top of a tall kitchen ceiling. A few 2025 reviews mention Cristiano doing separate repair and construction work for the same clients — building an outdoor kitchen and resurfacing a patio deck for one long-time customer.

Across dozens of reviews, the same shape repeats: someone calls once for a cleaning and is still calling years later — several clients cite tenures of 10, 15, even 20 years with the same team.

**Strengths:**
- Long-term clients — several retained 10 to 20 years
- Personalized care — remembers preferences, small touches
- Reliable in a pinch — stepped in when other cleaners flaked
- Flexible scheduling — accommodates last-minute bookings
