## The honest read

Pro Contractors of Connecticut describes itself on Angi as a Connecticut home improvement contractor specializing in interior and exterior renovations. It holds 4.5 stars from 59 ratings on Angi, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade.

A 2017 customer said a squirrel ate through a gable vent in the attic, and they fixed the problem the next day at a reasonable price. A 2016 customer wrote that Steve showed up on time, worked steadily moving from project to project, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. A 2016 customer said Steve's quote was reasonable and the work performed was exactly what was requested. A 2017 customer said he called right back and came the next day to do a small job.

A 2017 customer told a harder story about a fence repair: the price was upped by $200 on the day he showed up, the fence he bought was different from the one the customer showed him, and it went in crooked. That customer also said he was rude after raising the price.
