Last 6 months: 30 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Pro Exteriors LLC is a roofing, siding and gutter contractor at 90 Hamilton St in New Haven, Connecticut. The company describes itself as Connecticut's leading roofing, siding, and gutter contractor, says it has been in business 20 years, offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service, and lists a service area along the shoreline from Stratford and Milford to Old Saybrook. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration HIC.0648365 is active, held by PRO EXTERIORS LLC. Google shows 4.9 stars from 455 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.9 from 43. The recent reviews center on roof replacements and the estimating process. Charles handled the estimate on several of the roof jobs: a July 2026 review says he met by video call and showed aerial photos of the roof, and a May 2026 review says a drone took pictures of the roof and the estimate gave brand names of all products and a detailed work list. A September 2026 review says workers arrived two days after the quote, and a September 2026 review of a big house with a double garage and two sun porches says the roof was done in less than two days. A September 2026 review after a Noreaster describes same day service on a roof leak. Siding work comes up too: an October 2026 review credits Alex, the general manager, with resolving a permit snag with the Town on a vinyl siding job, and a July 2024 review says Ivan and Charles worked directly with the customer's insurance for months before putting up new siding in one day. An August 2025 review says the crew came back 6 weeks after a roof install to check for damage from a solar crew and made small cosmetic adjustments for free. The complaints are few and specific. An August 2026 Angi review praised the shingle and gutter installers but described poor communication between the main office and the workmen on the job. A November 2024 one-star review says that after sending pictures and waiting a week or two, the customer was told "We are not interested in quoting this job". **Strengths:** - Detailed estimates — drone photos and product brand names listed - Fast roof installs — large roof finished in less than two days - Storm and insurance help — worked with adjusters on siding damage **Concerns:** - Office-to-crew communication — one 2026 Angi review flagged a mix-up - Small jobs — a 2024 review says a siding quote was declined ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Connecticut HIC registration HIC.0648365 is active, held by PRO EXTERIORS LLC _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0648365 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: PRO EXTERIORS LLC” - 4.9 stars from 455 Google ratings; 4.9 from 43 on Angi and on HomeAdvisor _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Pro%20Exteriors%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJiUOi8ix26IkRVH5eLZmOfXE) — “Google: 4.9★ from 455 ratings” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.ProExteriorsLLC.110507574.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 4.9★ from 43 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/west-haven/pro-exteriors-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 4.9★ from 43 ratings” - Detailed roof estimates with drone or aerial photos and product brand names (2026) _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2toR1pEWnhNMjlWU1Rrd1pISnVUbVU0Umt4MU5IYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x717d8e992d5e7e54!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkhGZDZxM29VSTkwZHJuTmU4Rkx1NHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Charles was the real PRO!
