## The honest read

Procon Builders is a small, long-running general contractor based in Weymouth. The Better Business Bureau lists it as owned by Donald Rafferty and in business since 1989 with 4 employees, though it isn't BBB accredited and BBB says it doesn't have enough information on file to give it a rating.

The one written review on record, from 2022, described repairs done by a professional, talented staff at a fair price, with the customer saying they'd hire Procon again without hesitation.

There isn't much more customer feedback to go on, so it's worth asking for recent references before booking.

**Strengths:**
- Fair-priced repairs — professional work, customer would rehire
