Its profile lists remodeling and asphalt-related services, while four 2024 reviews describe home renovations, basement finishing, bathroom demolition and renovation, stair work, estimates, and responsive project communication. The available homeowners praised attentive service, fair estimates, clear availability, and work that brought their visions to life. One review says the contractor returned to help when needed; another describes a difficult renovation in an old colonial home. Only four review bodies are rendered although the profile reports six ratings, so the written history is limited. Confirm the exact scope, current availability, and licensing before booking, especially for a larger renovation or demolition project. The clearest documented fit is residential remodeling and repair work in the Quincy area. **Strengths:** - Estimate transparency — homeowner praised fair, upfront availability - Responsive support — reviewer says they returned to help when needed - Renovation quality — homeowners say work brought visions to life **Concerns:** - Review coverage — four bodies rendered from six ratings - Scope confirmation — clarify larger renovation and demolition projects - Availability — confirm current scheduling before booking **Where sources disagree:** - Thumbtack reports six ratings but only four review bodies are rendered. - The profile's asphalt-service list is broader than the four renovation reviews, so trade fit should be confirmed. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Prolific Properties & Demo LLC is listed in Quincy, MA with four years in business and 16 Thumbtack projects. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/quincy/general-contractors/prolific-properties-demo-llc/service/512451227902140418?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “16 project(s) shown on Thumbtack” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/quincy/general-contractors/prolific-properties-demo-llc/service/512451227902140418?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “Thumbtack identifies this Quincy, MA pro with six 5-star reviews, four years in business, 16 projects, and listed remodeling, demolition, an…” - The profile lists asphalt repairs, seal coating, painting/marking, and crack filling. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/quincy/general-contractors/prolific-properties-demo-llc/service/512451227902140418?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “Services offered (Thumbtack): Asphalt repairs requested, Seal coating, Painting/marking, Fill thin cracks, Fill big cracks” - Homeowners describe fair estimates, attentive communication, responsive help, and successful home renovation work. _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ma/quincy/general-contractors/prolific-properties-demo-llc/service/512451227902140418?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “5★ Mike was quick and responsive.
