In September 2026, a customer said Cliff replaced a broken sump pump, and another said Joe diagnosed a plumbing issue and replaced a garbage disposal. An October 2026 reviewer said Rich found a problem with the condenser motor and replaced it. During an April 2026 AC tune-up, a customer said the crew found and removed a large mouse nest inside the outdoor unit and cleaned the coil. A February 2026 customer said Cliff and an assistant came first thing in the morning after a basement waste pipe broke on Christmas Day.
