A recent customer says the company got bats out of their attic, sealed up the entry points and also took care of a mouse issue and cleanup in the basement. A recent customer says Rob found the rodent entry in the attic, took care of the problem and inspected the rest of the house inside and out for insects. A Post University employee says Mark's response was immediate when bees were coming into a classroom through the AC unit, and the problem was solved within minutes. A recent customer in Wolcott, who called about ticks and mosquitoes, says Mark did the yard while they were not home and left a sign to let them know. A recent customer who had spent over two thousand dollars on mosquitoes and ticks says they noticed an immediate difference, and their husky, which had been coming in with ten ticks a week, has not had one yet. A 2025 customer said Jason came out within an hour and had a wasp nest removed in about 10–15 minutes, after the company told them it normally does not service their location. A 2025 customer said Jay removed a large yellow jacket nest from a bush near the front of the house the same day, and that another company had quoted double the price. A 2024 customer said they first called the company for termites and it explained exactly how the treatment worked; that customer said they noticed fewer pests overall with quarterly treatment. A 2025 customer said they were told on the phone $299 for the first visit and $60 for the following treatment, but were charged $350 for the first bill and over $120 for the continued treatment. A recent customer says the company refused to show up with a ladder to clean mice out of the attic, and wrote that they are paying for nothing.
