In a recent review, Blake arrived the same day in Framingham, diagnosed the issue and got an oil furnace running again. In another recent review, Blake found that a furnace problem was caused by a clogged condensate drain line that had triggered the safety switch and stopped the unit. Frank and Curtis found a failed exhaust motor affecting a heating system in a recent service call. Santiago got an AC running again in under two hours, per another recent review. A recent customer says they replaced a 4-ton heating and cooling system, added mini-splits in the basement and installed new ductwork. In a 2025 review, a customer who called PureComfort for heating service on a Saturday morning wrote that the call was routed to a company called GEM. **Strengths:** - Same-day furnace repair — oil furnace running again the same day - System replacement — 4-ton system, basement mini-splits and new ductwork **Concerns:** - Call routing — a 2025 Saturday call was routed to GEM ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Got an oil furnace running again on a same-day visit _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCdlptWTBZbVJqUWxwM1MwWmtaalYwVUdkSmFYYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x28c711a4de2da9a9!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlBvZmY0YmRjQlp3S0ZkZjV0UGdJaXc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I went online looking for emergency furnace and AC repair, and a short time later I got a call from Blake.
