A recent customer had a failing chimney and fireplace repaired for a home purchase and said Oscar and his crew came out during Christmas week, working around a snowstorm. In a 2025 review, a customer who had just moved in said concrete and bricks were found stuffed in the middle of the chimney, so the water heater and gas line were not venting properly; mid-project the team opened a wall, then patched and painted the drywall.
