A recent customer said two cleaners spent three hours deep cleaning the whole house and left everything in place. A recent customer said Karlee and Natalie deep cleaned a home full of construction dust from a bathroom renovation before a new baby arrived, and fixed a couple of minor things as soon as they were pointed out. A recent customer said cleaners worked a full day on a brother's trailer. A recent customer said Liberty and Jordin handle a biweekly cleaning, and a recent customer who has used the company for over 5 years called Mary an involved owner. A recent one-star customer said they paid over $1,500 for a deep cleaning and that the dusting was poorly done. A recent one-star customer said the staff was rude and overcharged, and the kitchen was not mopped on a deep cleaning. A recent one-star customer said they were charged the full rate after the cleaners left because the house felt too warm and the air was not on. A 2026 customer who had used the company several times said that when they asked for the charge not to exceed $400, a woman who identified herself as the owner said the cleaners would not come unless the customer authorized unlimited charges. In a 2025 review, a customer said the cleaners stayed 2 hours at a newly purchased home, said it was too hot to finish, and still charged the full $500.
