## The honest read

A customer who has used Quest Pest Control for the past four years says the company is responsive and can fit them in last minute when an emergency comes up. The company says it has been in business for 41 years, and it holds 4.2 stars across 11 Google ratings.

A recent customer says they were quick, professional and addressed all of that customer's concerns. In a 2024 review, a customer said the company identified the problem and solved it, unlike previous companies.

A 2023 reviewer told a harder story: after the company serviced the family's unit, it reported to the health department that there was no sign of bugs, yet that reviewer said the family still found bugs every day two months later. That 2023 reviewer, whose landlord had paid for the service, accused the company of writing off the problem rather than treating it.

**Strengths:**
- Last-minute emergency visits — a four-year customer says they fit them in
- Root-cause fix — a 2024 customer said they identified and solved the problem

**Concerns:**
- Disputed bug treatment — a 2023 reviewer said bugs persisted two months later
