Its written reviews run from 2017 to 2024, and several from 2017 describe a technician who arrived on time and explained the problem. In a 2017 Angi review, a customer who hired the company for a 3 year old LG washer said the technician explained the issues in plain terms, including why it broke, at an honest and reasonable price. Another 2017 reviewer said the technician judged a washer repair not cost effective, showed exactly what the problem was, and installed a second washer the customer had on hand. A 2017 reviewer called in the morning and had someone at the house in a few hours, and another said Jose was quick to find and fix the problem. A 2018 Angi review was lukewarm: the dryer still did not work as it should, though it was better than before. The newest written review, from 2024, is a single line of praise. Two BBB reviews, undated, are complaints, one of them about a washer repair visit. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. **Strengths:** - Plain explanations — 2017 reviews say the technician explained each problem - Prompt arrival — a 2017 customer had a visit within hours **Concerns:** - Unfinished dryer fix — a 2018 review says the dryer still underperformed - BBB complaints — two undated BBB reviews are complaints ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2017 review describes an LG washer repair explained in plain terms at a reasonable price _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ri/woonsocket/quick-eazy-appliance-repair-reviews-142507111.htm) — “Prompt-Friendly.
