A recent customer with a leaking indoor water line said a technician named Izzy walked them through the options, installed an updated water line and a new filter, left zero mess, and worked with the MDC field rep to get a new meter installed. On a recent outdoor-faucet job, the customer said two guys came out, removed the old faucet and replaced it and the cut-off valves, at a price they called reasonable. A 2026 customer who owns two homes in Kensington said Izzy came in with Tyler, took care of the plumbing work at both, and cleaned up afterward. A 2026 customer running a 10-unit homeless shelter said frozen pipes burst at night, Jovani helped them gauge the urgency, and they waited until morning for the repair; that customer called Izzy and Jose prompt and skillful. A 2025 customer said the owner came out within a couple of days, replaced a bath tub valve cartridge, and had the parts and tools to fix it right away. A 2025 customer described the business as family-owned, with the mother booking appointments and the son doing the job. A 2023 customer found a flex hose on the water heater spraying water; that customer said Pedro was the only one who could come out the same day, fixed it in 10 minutes and replaced the hose with copper pipe. A 2023 customer with a slow-draining tub said Dom could not find the problem at first, came back the same day with Pedro, and the cause turned out to be the tub trap under the tub; that customer was not charged for either visit, then asked about a remodel and said the job started and finished on schedule. A 2025 customer who hired them for a kitchen remodel said the job was rushed and flooded the basement, and that they were charged twice as much as the next contractor charged to fix the work. A 2025 customer said they waited 15 minutes for an 8am appointment, called twice, and the phone was off. A 2024 customer said a call was never returned. On Google, the business shows 4.7 stars from 41 ratings. **Strengths:** - Water line install — a recent customer said Izzy left zero mess - Outdoor faucet replacement — a recent customer called the price reasonable - Same-day water heater fix — a 2023 customer said Pedro fixed it in 10 minutes - A free tub diagnosis — a 2023 customer was not charged for either visit **Concerns:** - A flooded basement — a 2025 customer said a rushed kitchen job caused it - A missed appointment — a 2025 customer waited 15 minutes, phone was off - An unreturned call — a 2024 customer said the call was never returned ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Izzy installed an updated water line and new filter, left zero mess, and worked with the MDC field rep on a new meter _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21aelZraGlRek5RV1hoeWNreDRVRGt6VEZJeFRXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1dfa98146d9e8bb3!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmZzVkhiQzNQWXhyckx4UDkzTFIxTWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ When our indoor water line was leaking, R&R Plumbing scheduled us quickly and provided prompt, outstanding service.
