A 2024 customer said a home inspection for a real estate transaction found radon levels above EPA guidelines, and that Greg came out for a site visit and advised on the work. A 2024 customer whose basement tested above 4 picocuries said Greg, the owner, explained how the system works before the installation, and that their levels dropped to nearly 0 within 48 hours of installation. A 2026 customer said Victor and Joe installed the system slightly hidden from view and cleaned up so you could never tell they were there. A 2026 customer said the workers who showed up for a radon mitigation estimate were two hours late and covered in fiberglass that tracked throughout the house, and that two weeks later no completed estimate or call had come.
