## The honest read

Rai Appliance Repair holds 5.0 stars from 81 ratings on Thumbtack and 5 stars from 2 ratings on Google.

On Google, a customer whose washing machine was shaking violently and banging during spin cycles said Rai diagnosed worn-out suspension rods, ordered the replacement parts that same day and came back the next morning to install them. That customer says the washer now runs smoothly and quietly. A Thumbtack customer said Rai repaired a washing machine with a torn rubber seal that was causing water to leak, at a price the customer called very reasonable. A customer said Tara diagnosed an LG front loader washer, found a surprise fault, and was willing to use the parts the customer provided at no extra charge. A customer said Tara found and fixed the issue with a laundry machine the same day.

Some visits were quick. A customer said the issue was identified and fixed and the visit was in and out in under an hour. A customer said Rai was neat and organized when servicing a front-load washing machine and backed up his work, telling the customer to call if any issues came up. A customer said that if he had not come when he did, they would have had a dryer fire, because the old owners never cleaned out the lint. A customer said a problem was fixed quickly once the part came in, at a reasonable price.

**Strengths:**
- Washer suspension repair — a customer said Rai replaced worn-out suspension rods
- Same-day laundry fix — a customer said Tara fixed a laundry machine that day
- Customer-supplied parts — a customer said Tara used them at no extra charge
- A leaking washer seal — a customer said Rai repaired a torn rubber seal
