When an elderly neighbor's system was shut off by the fire department after a carbon monoxide leak, a recent customer said one of the guys came out to help her immediately after one phone call. A 2025 customer said that after another company could not find the cause of a no-heat call on Christmas Eve, Rambone & Sprague diagnosed a circuit board problem and resolved it. A 2025 customer said someone came the same day to fill a tank that was on E after a different oil company delayed a fill. A 2024 customer said that after ice on a hilly driveway stopped a scheduled delivery, the company made a second attempt and the tank was full by the time they got home. A 2023 customer said Matt and Nick removed a 75-year-old tank and put in a new one, and explained everything about the installation. **Strengths:** - A same-day fill — a 2025 customer on E got oil that day - Oil tank replacement — a recent customer got a new warrantied tank - A second delivery attempt — a 2024 customer came home to a full tank ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Self-reported 31 years in business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://rambonespragueoil.com) — “Self-reported 31 years in business” - A recent customer had an oil tank replaced with a Roth tank _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21OV05rVkxjMlJhUkdObmVUUTRjMHQxU3pCbFZHYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x8de31f0ffa2a3652!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmNWNkVLc2RaRGNneTQ4c0t1SzBlVGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Needed an oil tank replaced and they provided excellent service and a very affordable price for my new 30 year warranty Roth tank.
