A 2025 customer said Randall put in a new reclaimed asphalt driveway, responded quickly to the first inquiry and did it exactly as planned. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Randall and crew removed some very large overgrown foundation plants and left the area neat and debris free. That 2025 customer also said that when a shrub they had forgotten to point out was still there, Randall grabbed a shovel and dug it out with the backhoe already loaded. A 2025 customer described a spring clean-up that went badly. They said they were quoted $500, that none of the areas they had asked to have weeded were weeded, and that leaves were blown under a tree in the backyard. That 2025 customer said Randall promised to "make it right" but never came back and stopped responding. The Better Business Bureau gives the company an A- grade. **Strengths:** - A gravel lot — a 2025 customer said Randall kept them updated on changes - A reclaimed asphalt driveway — a 2025 customer said it was done as planned - Overgrown plant removal — a 2025 customer said the area was left debris free **Concerns:** - A spring clean-up — a 2025 customer said requested areas were never weeded - A promised fix — a 2025 customer said Randall stopped responding afterward ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2025 customer hired Randall to create a small gravel parking lot for a farm stand _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tGSlozbFRSbkExTVVGSGNtbzJZbm81UjJ4SlIyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbe2b126353d42f7d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkFJZ3lTRnA1MUFHcmo2Yno5R2xJR2c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Recently hired Randall to create a small gravel parking lot for our farm stand.
