## The honest read

RE/MAX 360 is a Lynn brokerage that markets residential, condo, multi-family and commercial listings under the RE/MAX franchise, and its Google reviews read less like a review of one team and more like a review of whichever agent you happen to work with.

Recent reviews (three since May 2026) are consistently detailed and positive, and they all point to the same duo: Katie and Al DiVirgilio. One seller described the pair recommending an electrician, plumber, painter and junk-removal company to prep the house, having it on the market by mid-March, an offer within two weeks, and a closed sale by early June. Another buyer credited them with researching comparable homes before their first meeting. In a 2025 review, a couple used the DiVirgilio team along with agent Donna Soltys to sell one home and buy another and called the process well-controlled despite the usual stress. Older reviews name other agents just as favorably — Anne Lane in a 2023 review, Erin Lamb in a 2022 review — each described as responsive and attentive to a specific search.

Two older reviews cut the other way. In a 2022 review, a landlord said agent Susan Keenan went unresponsive after they signed an exclusive rental-listing agreement with her, and that other agents and prospective renters trying to reach Keenan couldn't get through either. A 2021 review described listing questions on Facebook being deleted rather than answered and a voicemail box too full to leave a message. Neither complaint names an agent who shows up in the recent reviews.

The DiVirgilio team's recent track record is the strongest reason to reach out, but given how much the experience here has varied by individual agent, it's worth confirming who specifically will be handling your sale or search before committing.
