In a 2016 review, a customer wrote that Chris ran the c wire for two of their three thermostats, which worked, but that changing the wire for the third left no power on it; that 2016 customer wrote that Chris then stopped answering calls and texts, that Tom took about two weeks to come by, and that the kitchen and dining area had been almost three weeks without heat. In a 2015 review, a customer wrote that they were told on the phone the service fee would be included in the final amount, but were charged the final price plus the service fee. A review dated 2012 described a May 26, 2016 visit in which Tom found the AC coil leaking, recommended replacing the unit and said he would call the next day with a price, then could not get his gauges to work to recharge the system, and the customer wrote that they never heard from him again.
