Its website says it specializes in concrete polishing and floor preparation for commercial and residential spaces, and it claims 20 years in business. One recent Google customer had a house slab that settled and took the sewer line with it, leaving a dip that kept water from flushing freely. They wrote that Brent worked out a solution that addressed both the sewer line slope and the slab, and that his crew was in and out in a few days. When they asked for added work mid-project, Brent rearranged his crew's schedule for the week to prioritize finishing the project. A recent customer who needed floor grinding called the company responsive and on time, with fair pricing. A 2025 customer said Brent, Craig and Deb refinished their basement floor on time, removed all debris at the end, and created little dust because they use proper vacuums. A 2025 reviewer looking into resurfacing an old pool deck wrote that Brent visited the same day they called and showed them another pool he had resurfaced; in the end he steered them in a different direction because the deck was so old and worn. In 2024, a customer wrote that Reliance ground and polished a concrete patio slab carrying 30 years and four coats of peeling paint, and that Brent and his team asked to show up a day early. A 2024 reviewer who reached Brent on a Friday at 8 PM about high spots on a concrete subfloor said he called back Saturday afternoon, came by an hour later, and the work was completed within a day. A 2024 customer said two others had thought their concrete garage floor was beyond repair before Reliance took it on. Commercial floors are part of the work too. A 2024 review describes a restoration of one of Sponge-Jet's manufacturing spaces with cost and schedule staying in line, and a 2022 customer said Brent and his team took up old tile and carpet at Hogan Eye Associates for polished concrete floors. In a 2026 review, a customer trying to get quotes said Brent was rude on the phone and hung up. **Strengths:** - Slab and sewer fix — a recent customer said Brent addressed slab and sewer slope - Low-dust floor work — a 2025 customer said vacuums kept the dust low - Weekend response — a 2024 customer got a Saturday visit after a Friday call - Candid advice — a 2025 customer said Brent steered them off an old deck **Concerns:** - Phone manner — a 2026 customer said Brent hung up during a quote call ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Concrete polishing company in Exeter, NH _(confidence: high)_ - [Local News](https://www.museumofbeadwork.org/blogs/news/gallery-renovations) — “museumofbeadwork.org — Our floor is done!
