## The honest read

A 2022 customer of Reliance Mechanical said a delivery promised for Saturday the 8th took so long that they called, and were told it was not coming because the snow was not clear enough.

That customer wrote in 2022 that they had taken a day off from work, that the company offered to come Monday instead, and that the person they spoke with did not apologize. The customer said they had done business with the company for quite some years and would now deal with Toro oil company instead.

**Concerns:**
- A cancelled delivery — a 2022 customer said snow called off a Saturday delivery
- No advance notice — a 2022 customer learned of it only after calling
