The company says on its website that it handles the whole recovery, from the first emergency call to the final rebuild, with one team and one point of contact. The service area it lists runs from Greenwich, Stamford, Darien and New Canaan to Long Island and Bergen County. On Google it holds 5 stars from 21 ratings. On a job where an AC leak damaged engineered wood flooring with visible black mold spots, a customer says Louis Volpe explained a detailed solution, the work was scheduled with precision and completed in a timely manner, and photos and descriptions of the work were provided along the way. A customer coming off a hard experience with an insurance company says Lou showed up the next day and found a water leak inside a master bath wall that the insurance adjuster never found, then had his guys start mitigation. A customer who hired them for a real estate client says a small mold remediation job was completed the same week they reached out. After mold was found in a home, a customer says Rafael and his crew explained each step of the remediation. In a wet and muddy basement, a customer says they cleaned the ceilings and walls as well as the soiled parts, dehumidified, sanitized and replaced the broken sump pump. After smoke damage, a customer says the team kept them informed throughout the restoration. A crew chief named Manny arrived on time and walked a customer through the entire restoration process, and that customer says he and his team handled their belongings with care. **Strengths:** - Mold remediation — an AC-leak mold job was explained, scheduled and documented with photos - A hidden leak found — a leak inside a bath wall the adjuster missed - Basement cleanup — ceilings and walls cleaned and the broken sump pump replaced - Insurance handled — a customer says they worked with the insurance company ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - After a toilet supply line broke at night, a customer says they responded right away, handled the water mitigation and the insurance company, and completed the repairs _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT214SVJtcDJRV1Z3VFVWNGNIcExiRVUwVUZBMlMxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x8559249bfb2c5035!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmxIRmp2QWVwTUV4cHpLbEU0UFA2S1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Highly recommend Restorehaus Restoration!
