## The honest read

Ridgefield Landscaping Pros describes itself on its website as a landscaping business in Ridgefield, CT, offering lawn services for residential and commercial customers. It lists its service area as Ridgefield, Danbury, Wilton, Salem, Bethel and Weston.

A 2022 customer said Leo and his team had their yard regraded and reseeded, and kept them up to date on the timing and completion of the work. A 2022 reviewer wrote that Leo and his crew listened, offered advice and ideas, and cleaned up the job site well. A 2025 customer praised the company's stone wall work. A 2025 reviewer said the excavation work stayed on schedule and the site was kept clean and safe. A 2025 customer wrote that Leo's garden services included planting seasonal flowers and maintaining garden beds.

A 2022 customer who asked about lawn mowing said the quoted price held, but Thursday passed with no one coming to do the lawn; after a couple of calls, they came out Friday afternoon and did a good job on the yard. When that customer asked for estimates on bigger jobs, they said there was no call back for two days and no one came the next day.

**Strengths:**

- A clean job site — a 2022 reviewer said the crew cleaned up well
- Stone wall work — a 2025 customer praised the wall's durable structure

**Concerns:**
- Slow follow-up — a 2022 customer waited on a mowing visit and an estimate
