In a November 2023 Google review, a customer says Jim researched the right paint for a new type of siding on their contemporary Branford house's addition, and that areas with age and rotting wood came out well. An October 2022 reviewer says the crew had to troubleshoot very old shingles and was upfront about all costs. In April 2022, a customer worried about badly aged aluminum siding says it came out beautifully, that Jim checked in on the job, and that two houses on their street asked for the company after seeing it. The Branford company also paints cabinets. An April 2022 customer says their cabinets, painted bright white, were still in perfect condition more than two years later, and two 2019 Angi customers say they are thrilled with their painted kitchen cabinets. A February 2018 customer says Jim McDonnell and crew prioritized the work so it finished before the move-in and used Benjamin Moore paints, with accent walls in several rooms. Ridgeline describes itself as locally owned and operated with over 15 years of experience. Its Connecticut home improvement registration, HIC.0646989, is active under RIDGELINE PAINTING LLC.
