In a 2018 review, a family described hiring Shane Carter and Ridgeview Construction to build a single residence home in Newmarket, NH, with green elements including structurally integrated panels (SIPs), an air-source heat pump, a heat pump water heater and energy star windows and doors. That 2018 customer said total project costs ended up under the original cost projections because of savings Shane found in their allowances. A 2013 customer said Ridgeview remodeled their kitchen and finished a week faster than they said they were going to. That 2013 customer also said a new cabinet was built after the kitchen was installed, and that Matt worked with them on the design. A 2012 customer who hired Ridgeview for a complete kitchen remodel said it was completed before the arrival of their daughter. A 2012 reviewer who had hired Ridgeview Construction for many projects over the years described a comprehensive, energy efficient rehab of the home and said the home was left spotless every day. **Strengths:** - An under-projection build — a 2018 customer said costs ended under projections - An early kitchen finish — a 2013 customer said a week ahead of schedule - A spotless home — a 2012 customer said it was left spotless every day ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as a custom home builder with a background in forestry and fine home building _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/deerfield/profile/general-contractor/ridgeview-construction-llc-0051-92017485) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Ridgeview Construction, LLC offers custom home building.
