One customer replaced a 36-year-old roof before adding solar panels and said a team of 8, supervised by Milton Monterrosa, worked 12 hours on day one, then returned the next day to shingle a shed, fabricate a custom chimney cap and trim three new skylights. That customer also described a cleanup that included a magnet roller over the grounds to pick up loose nails. A customer new to the East Greenwich, Rhode Island area had flashing redone around the chimney and new gutters installed; the gutters were made onsite, included leaf guards, and the old ones were removed and the area cleaned up in a day. A 1900 Victorian was shingled with woven cedar shingle corners, and its owners said project manager Jefferson checked the progress each day. One customer said at least eight siding contractors had been contacted about loose siding on the dormers before Matt Rinaldi and James Votto came to assess it; James answered the insurance adjuster's questions for nearly four months, the claim was approved and the installation was completed on time. A customer whose house was hit by a falling tree said the company dealt with the insurance company directly, and the roof and siding job was completed before the expected timeline. A 2026 customer said Rinaldi removed a chimney in under one day, a second job after the company had custom-built copper guttering. The company also rents dumpsters, and one customer said it was dropped off within days of asking. A customer said there was a communication issue at first with the crew, who didn't speak English, and that Milton arrived and cleared it up. Another job had one small issue with flashing, which the customer said was remedied the very next day. The Wilton Historical Society has recognized the company for donating labor toward a project, according to a goodmorningwilton.com article. Its website lists a service area running from North Kingstown and Providence to Fairfield, Hartford and New Haven. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0666330, as active, held by Rinaldi Brothers Roofing LLC. **Strengths:** - One-day roof install — a recent customer said the install finished in one day - Insurance claim help — a customer said they dealt with the insurer directly - Nail cleanup — a customer described a magnet roller over the grounds - Onsite-made gutters — one customer's new gutters were made onsite with leaf guards **Concerns:** - A language barrier — a customer said the crew didn't speak English at first - A flashing issue — a customer said it was remedied the next day ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars across 54 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Rinaldi%20Brothers%20Roofing&query_place_id=ChIJf6nkEQz1460RucXOiRjQgd0) — “Google: 5★ from 54 ratings” - A customer described a roof replacement with a custom chimney cap, shed shingling and trim for three new skylights _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xCelptRnlSVVpZYVc1bFRuRnhkVkJ3Ymt4MGVVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xdd81d01889cec5b9!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlBzZmFyRUZYaW5lTnFxdVBwbkx0eUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ From start to finish, I had an extremely positive experience working with Nick and Matt Rinaldi and their sales lead James Votto.
