Christian gave an estimate on the spot covering the 3,000-square-foot house, the shutters, the trim, the deck and a large shed, and helped with color choices. The team power washed the house, started within days, and that customer said they arrived at 8:00 and did not leave until 6:00 every day until the painting was done. Claudio, the RM carpenter, then replaced some shingles, fixed a porch column, and patched and repainted where needed. The customer said they were very happy with the outcome and the price. RM Painting Co Inc. describes itself as a second-generation residential and commercial painting and historical restoration company based in Rhode Island, and says it has been in business for 48 years. It names Providence, Bristol, Barrington, Seekonk and Rehoboth as its service area. On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 124 ratings. A recent customer reached out for a staining quote and said they came down the very same day. Christian walked that customer through the entire process and kept them updated, and the job site stayed clean at all times. A recent customer said Christian came by very quickly to give a quote, and once the paint was picked, the deck was painted quickly. A recent customer who had the exterior of the home painted said the crew was respectful of the property and kept the job site clean. Rhode Island lists its home improvement registration, GC-8524, as active. **Strengths:** - Same-day staining quote — a recent customer said they came down the same day - On-the-spot estimate — a recent customer got a whole-house estimate right away - A clean job site — a recent customer said it stayed clean at all times - Carpentry repairs — an RM carpenter replaced shingles and fixed a porch column ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.7 stars from 124 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=RM%20Painting%20Co%20Inc.&query_place_id=ChIJgWIBO_hQ5IkRZ78bHBVAVYA) — “Google: 4.7★ from 124 ratings” - Describes itself as a second-generation residential and commercial painting and historical restoration company based in Rhode Island _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://rmpaintingco.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): We’re a proud second generation residential and commercial painting and historical restoration company base…” - Says it has been in business for 48 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://rmpaintingco.com) — “Self-reported 48 years in business” - A recent customer got an on-the-spot estimate covering a 3,000-square-foot house, shutters, trim, deck and a large shed, and was happy with the outcome and the price _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25VNFVWUXpjRU00UkdsT2RrOUJUbVkyT0hkd1RsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x805540151c1bbf67!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnU4UVQzcEM4RGlOdk9BTmY2OHdwTlE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I thought getting my house painted with some minor repairs was going to be a real fiasco - Christian came by - gave us a estimate on the …” - A recent customer said the job site was kept tight and clean at all times _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xsalJtRlNiMFp6TlhOWFNIRTFURzh6U3pGMFFVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x805540151c1bbf67!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlljRmFSb0ZzNXNXSHE1TG8zSzF0QUE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Christian and the crew were awesome.
