## The honest read

RM Septic Service pumps and troubleshoots septic systems. A recent customer with water coming up from the toilet said Radu found the septic, which they had not known how to locate, unclogged the drain and explained how the system worked and what caused the problem.

A recent customer who had a date mix-up with a different company said they called at 3:15 on a Tuesday afternoon and he came out by 5pm the same day, at $465 for the last-minute pump. A 2025 customer at a seasonal camp said Radu came out on a Sunday morning and pumped a 13-year-old tank in about an hour, including locating the lid and digging down to it.

A 2025 customer in Georgetown said Radu showed them a baffle clogged with roots after pumping, dug to find the second access hole and cleaned out probably 30 lbs of roots and debris. That 2025 customer also said he used a metal detector to find the distribution box. A 2025 customer said he found a broken filter and replaced it on the spot. A 2025 customer in Phippsburg, ME said Radu pumped a neglected tank in a challenging location.

A 2025 customer described Radu as the business owner/operator and said he billed only for what was necessary to get them back online. A recent customer said he walked them through what to watch for in the future.

HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 5.0 stars from 90 ratings, and Google shows 5 stars from 13.
