In a June 2026 Google review, the customer said the crew installed the fence but damaged it on the final day. The Holyoke business also removed arborvitae for that customer. The customer described texting the owner for over a month and receiving promises to return that went unfulfilled. They also complained that requested sticker removal had not been done and that roots and weeds remained after the arborvitae removal. They said the business was more responsive when they wanted to hire it. The review carries five stars, but its written account describes disappointment and says the business lost a customer. An update adds that, after the review and a wait of over a month, the crew came back and made things better. **Strengths:** - Eventual follow-up — customer updated the review to say the crew made things better **Concerns:** - Fence damage — customer reported damage on the final installation day - Delayed return — customer reported over a month of unfulfilled promises before the return - Unfinished cleanup — customer reported fence stickers and remaining arborvitae roots and weeds **Where sources disagree:** - Google's five-star rating accompanies a written review describing fence damage and delayed follow-up, with an update reporting that the crew returned and made things better. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A June 2026 Google reviewer described a fence installation costing $7,000. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=15770196587323775124&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I have updated my review.
