A recent customer said the company installed the roof on an addition over their garage in Biddeford, and that the work was done on time, with a professional crew, at the best price they could find. A recent customer whose roof they replaced in 2020 warned others to be cautious when relying on their warranty. That customer said the roof now has a leak and that getting them to come out and inspect it has been impossible, with multiple delays, shifting reasons and periods of no response. When the customer mentioned they might need legal help, the response they received was "tell your lawyer to talk to mine." **Strengths:** - A garage addition roof — a recent customer said it was done on time **Concerns:** - Warranty follow-through — a recent customer could not get a leak inspected ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company's website lists roof repair, roof leak repair, roof maintenance, home and commercial roofing, emergency roof repair and roofing snow removal _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://roofingportlandme.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): ServicesRoofingRoof RepairRoof MaintenanceCommercial RoofingRoofing Snow RemovalEmergency Roof RepairHome R…” - The company's website names South Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, Westbrook and Portland as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://roofingportlandme.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): South Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, Westbrook, Portland” - A recent customer said a roof on a garage addition in Biddeford was done on time, with a professional crew, at the best price they could find _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xGWFEyVmhWRTV1WDJ4MWNsOVJZVE5yYlU5eWQzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xaf0b169aadbb9713!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlFXQ2VhVE5uX2x1cl9RYTNrbU9yd3c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Installed the roof on my addition over my garage in Biddeford.
