On its BBB profile it describes serving residential and commercial customers across northeastern Massachusetts and southeastern New Hampshire. A recent customer says Matt, Adam and Bruce did five trees and one trim in 4 hours and cleaned up all the mess. A 2024 customer hiring Royal Green for the second time in 8 years needed a few trees gone after one fell in the yard; that customer said the company brought in a crane that "just plucked everything out" and finished up with leaf blowers. A 2023 customer said Royal removed over 20 trees and dead logs, lifting them over the entire house with the crane, and had the job done in a matter of hours. That 2023 customer said the wood chippings were spread around the parking area and that this was included. A 2023 customer said Bruce and the crew removed a huge oak tree that required a large crane and a climber, and that everything was cleaned up when they were done. A 2024 customer said Bob stopped by right away to walk the yard, helped identify which trees to take down and quoted on the spot. A 2022 customer said Royal Green matched a quote from a company that was $50 less, and mentioned some blowback on the front porch from where the truck sat in a tight driveway. A 2024 customer said the head "boss" decided to "go above my head" and remove a silver maple planted more than 30 years ago, and left a mess. A 2024 customer said they got a written quote and called to move forward, were told the quote was lost and to text it over, then never heard back despite calls and texts.
