RS Home Services is the number people call when a job is too small for a general contractor and too involved for a Saturday afternoon — and the volume shows it: 133 projects booked through Thumbtack alone, at a 4.9 average across 111 ratings, 97 percent of them five stars. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 209588, is registry-verified active under RS Home Services LLC.

Renato Silverio — Reggie to several customers — is the name in almost every account, and the work people describe is genuinely broad. In late 2023 a customer hired him to add an interior wall: framing, sound-barrier batt insulation, drywall, tape, mud and matching trim, finished in a day and a half. In 2024 another said a massive gash in a wall was patched so cleanly you would never know it had been there. A 2023 customer opened a kitchen into a dining room with him and had the deck and steps redone at the same time; another that year gut-renovated a bathroom with him, demo through framing to tile, and said she always felt comfortable asking questions and raising concerns. In January 2023 a homeowner who suddenly had to move a backyard fence roughly 30 yards said he came out right away.

The newer work is smaller in scale, same in character: a front door and slider replaced in a single day in May 2025, no mess left behind, for a customer on their second job with him.

One thing to pin down before you book. A May 2026 reviewer said they used the company for electrical and plumbing along with pressure washing.
