## The honest read

Lost power to part of the house over a holiday weekend, and SAF was there within an hour: that May 2026 Google review fixed an outlet water had gotten into. SAF Electrical Service Inc is a Milford electrical company with a 5-star Google rating from 51 ratings, and most of its written reviews, dating from 2021 to 2026, name Fausto. The company says it has been in business 22 years, offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service, and serves Milford, Framingham, Hopkinton, Holliston and towns beyond.

Several of the dated accounts are urgent calls. In a May 2025 review, a customer whose main breaker was melting and arcing called Fausto first thing in the morning; he came out, replaced the whole panel and cleaned up poor work from another electrician. A June 2025 customer said he answered an emergency call on a Saturday morning. In a 2021 review, a customer who had lost a phase said Fausto came on a weekend on short notice and installed a 100A breaker he had on hand. Another 2021 customer with a smoking dryer outlet said the crew arrived within a couple of hours and showed them what caused the burning.

The planned work is just as specific. A 2023 review describes a 100 to 200 amp upgrade. In a 2021 review, a customer said Fausto installed 11 recessed lights in horsehair plaster ceilings. A 2022 customer described an EV charger at a detached garage with outdated wiring, where Fausto proposed and carried out a solution. A July 2025 reviewer said his recommendations saved them thousands and the work was done as scheduled and as quoted.

Its Massachusetts electrician license, #8207-EL-A1, is active with the state, held by SAF Electrical Service Inc. BBB and Angi also list licence numbers 13160 and 21178. In May 2026 a customer who had overhead lights put in said the company was responsive and easy to reach to schedule projects.

**Strengths:**
- Emergency calls — May 2026 customer had SAF there within an hour
- Panel work — 2025 melting main breaker led to a full panel replacement
- Recessed lighting — 11 lights set in horsehair plaster in 2021
- Active state license — electrician license #8207-EL-A1 is active
