A recent customer called after a circuit tripped and smoke came out of the circuit box; the technicians Dean and Erick checked every indoor and outdoor circuit to find the source and stayed late. A 2025 customer said Ryan diagnosed why a bathroom fan was not working and installed a new one. A 2025 customer described an EV charger job with Jonathan and Sonny as tougher than usual because the circuit breaker sits far from the garage.

A 2023 customer called for an inspection after noticing odors near the electrical box; that customer said Stan found the source was a burnt circuit.
