## The honest read

After a storm left large tree branches and leaves all over one customer's roof, Salina's Roofing came out, cleared the debris and responded quickly to the call. The company describes itself as offering roof repair and seamless gutter installation and says it has 20 years in business. On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 80 ratings, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade.

A recent customer whose 30-year-old roof was starting to leak said Manny Salina gave a fair price and completed the job on time. A recent customer with a gutter leak emergency said Manny and his crew responded immediately and completed a multi-story installation the very next day. A recent reviewer said Manuel repaired the roof quickly and pointed out rot the customer did not know was there. A recent customer said the company replaced the flat roof on their dormer and replaced the plywood under a bay window.

A 2026 customer said that after part of a gutter fell off in a snow storm, Manny was there the next day and the crew came by week's end. A 2025 customer said the company removed and replaced the roof and gutters on a house and a detached two-car garage. A 2024 customer said Manny answered the phone himself, came out the next day, and replaced the gutters and the roof, including several sheets of plywood, in 2 days. A 2024 customer hired Salinas to redo a leaking flat roof, remove a chimney and repoint another, and wrote that other roofers quoted more than 5 times Manny's price for the same work.

A 2026 customer said they made an appointment and the company never showed up. A 2025 customer said the owner handled gutter replacement and soffit and fascia work, but after being paid to plug gaps around the upper gutters to keep squirrels out, he never came back. A 2025 customer said a few flaws were never fixed and that he never showed up to do work he had suggested.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0634601, as active, held by Salina's Roofing LLC.
