The business holds an active, registry-verified Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Women Business Enterprise certification. The strongest and most frequent praise on record is for the property's seasonal holiday shop and Christmas tree offerings — reviewers from 2021 through 2025 repeatedly describe a festive, well-run seasonal experience with hot cocoa, wreath-making, photo opportunities, and a wide tree selection, several calling it a favorite family holiday tradition. A 2020 Angi review of the core landscaping service separately praised the design team and crew as friendly, high-quality, and responsive, with the owner described as always available to answer questions. A 2022 review described a different experience: a scheduled landscaping design and planting appointment was missed, and the reviewer said they were told afterward the business had been too busy, which they felt was a poor way to treat a new customer. That complaint concerns the landscape design side of the business rather than the seasonal holiday operation, which has no similar reports. Anyone booking landscape design or installation work with Samantha's Gardens should confirm scheduling directly and follow up if a confirmation doesn't come through, given the one reported missed appointment; the seasonal holiday attraction has a consistently strong and recent track record. **Strengths:** - Beloved holiday attraction — reviewers call the seasonal tree shop a family tradition - Attentive design team — a 2020 review praised responsive, high-quality landscaping work **Concerns:** - Missed appointment — a 2022 reviewer reported a no-show for a design consult ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Andover, Massachusetts landscape design firm founded in 2008 by Samantha Mannarino _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://www.samanthasgardens.com) — “Samantha's Gardens is an Andover, MA garden and landscape design firm offering design, landscape construction, garden maintenance, estate ga…” - [Official Website](http://www.samanthasgardens.com) — “Company history (self-reported): The site states the business has operated since 2008 and was founded by landscape designer Samantha Mannari…” - Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Women Business Enterprise certification, verified active _(confidence: high)_ - [Diversity Certification Registry](https://diversitycertification.mass.gov/BusinessDirectory/BusinessDirectorySearch.aspx) — “Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Women Business Enterprise (WBE) certification 20170226 verified active — registry holder of record: …” - Reviewers from 2021 through 2025 repeatedly praised the seasonal holiday shop and Christmas tree experience _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25ZeFlraHJkbk5YUVY5TlFXMVZYMmgzUVVFMVVWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x2c1e38da2da15610!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnYxYkhrdnNXQV9NQW1VX2h3QUE1UVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ The owner Samantha is the sweetest most kind business owner in the area!
