The company says it has been in business 10 years, and its website names a service area that runs from West Haven and Hamden to Milford, Shelton and Guilford. A 2024 Google customer said they had used Sarango for landscaping over the past year, then had the house and the patio power washed; that customer wrote that the patio, which had green algae in some areas, now looked clean. A 2022 customer said Wilson, the owner, repaired their property and fixed a host of other issues they could not address. On Angi, a 2016 customer said Miguel worked on a recurring basis to maintain their yard. A 2022 Google reviewer said they saw the company putting salt in a parking lot the day before it snowed, with the machine throwing salt so carelessly that much of it landed on a pickup truck parked in the lot. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0670268, as active, held by Sarango Construction Contractor LLC. **Strengths:** - Patio power washing — a 2024 customer said an algae-stained patio came out clean - Property repairs — a 2022 customer said the owner fixed issues they could not - Recurring yard upkeep — a 2016 customer said Miguel maintained their yard **Concerns:** - Careless salting — a 2022 reviewer saw salt thrown onto a parked truck ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its website lists lawn care and maintenance, masonry construction, outdoor ponds and water features, tree and shrub plantings, excavation and site clearing, and snow and ice removal _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://sarangolandscaping.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): OUR SERVICES COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LAWN CARE & MAINTENANCE MASONRY CONSTRUCTION OUTDOOR PONDS & W…” - Says it has been in business 10 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://sarangolandscaping.com) — “Self-reported 10 years in business” - Its website names a service area including West Haven, Hamden, Milford, Shelton and Guilford _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://sarangolandscaping.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): West Haven, East Haven, Woodbridge, Hamden, Orange, Branford, North Haven, Ansonia, Derby, North Branfo…” - A 2024 customer said the house and an algae-stained patio were power washed clean _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURia3F2eHhnRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe9fb39e8b0a3ce7c!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDbkqvxxgE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I have been using Sarango for my landscaping over the past year. they are very professional and reliable at a competitive price in Guilfo…” - A 2022 customer said the owner repaired their property and fixed other issues they could not address _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUMyek91MjFBRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe9fb39e8b0a3ce7c!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIC2zOu21AE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ These guys are amazing and so professional, Wilson the owner is the nicest guy in NHV.
