It's a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating (accredited since July 2018) and describes itself as a Fujitsu Certified Installer, an LG Residential HVAC Solutions provider, a Mass Save Partner and a member of the Mass Clean Energy Center. In a March 2024 r/CapeCod thread asking for a heat pump installer recommendation, two separate commenters pointed the poster to Sea Breeze by name — one simply naming the company, the other adding 'in Bourne. Lou,' pointing to the owner directly. BBB's listing covers Fujitsu ductless mini-split installation, troubleshooting, service and repairs, plus general heating, cooling and air conditioning work, though the page itself doesn't publish a customer star rating or review bodies. For ductless heat pump installs and service on the Cape, Sea Breeze looks like a credentialed, locally run option worth a call for a quote. **Strengths:** - Recommended twice — named in a 2024 Cape Cod Reddit thread - BBB Accredited — A+ rating since 2018 - Manufacturer certified — Fujitsu Certified Installer ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Two separate commenters recommended Sea Breeze by name in a March 2024 r/CapeCod thread asking for a heat pump installer. _(confidence: medium)_ - [reddit.com](https://www.reddit.com/r/CapeCod/comments/1bje20n/heat_pump_installer_recommendation/kvqsjtv/) — “r/CapeCod — Sea Breeze heating and cooling” - [reddit.com](https://www.reddit.com/r/CapeCod/comments/1bje20n/heat_pump_installer_recommendation/kvqt6rr/) — “r/CapeCod — Sea breeze in Bourne.
