## The honest read

A full roof, start to finish, in under a day. That is what a March 2026 customer got from Select Pro Contracting after Josh Williams inspected the damage and handed over separate quotes for a repair and for a complete replacement.

Select Pro is a Pembroke, Massachusetts outfit, and exteriors are the heart of it: roofing, siding, gutters, trim and decks, with remodeling alongside. Joshua Williams owns it and is the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration holder of record; its Better Business Bureau page is an A+, accredited since August 2025.

Several customers measure the job in days rather than weeks. A February 2024 client had new vinyl siding and a new roof done in five days, with the crew on site the day after the town approved the building permit, and Josh had the shed done too so it would match the house. A September 2025 client was quoted two days and got it in a day and a half; the crew member there painted the whole pantry rather than just the wall he had worked on.

The work is specific enough to check against. A June 2026 project put on CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles, replaced the rake boards, swapped three Velux skylights and hung new gutters in one pass. A July 2026 customer had old vinyl siding and a lot of trim replaced on a house built in 1879, along with the shutters, the outdoor lights and the roof stacks painted. In November 2025, Josh traced a leak to chimney flashing a previous contractor had installed wrong, showed the homeowner photos and had an estimate out the same day.

People come back. One customer has used them a couple of times, another had a rubber roof put on for their elderly mother in 2024 and then hired them again for a window replacement, and a third describes multiple jobs. The crew gets named — Seth and Chris turn up by name in 2025 reviews — and several reviewers mention the property protected, the site swept, nothing left behind. Inside work shows up too: a kitchen remodel in July 2026 where elements were redone until they matched what the customer wanted, and a February 2025 job that combined a full roof, a new deck and a bathroom renovation.

For roofing, siding, gutters or a deck, this is a straightforward call, and they take on kitchens and baths as well. Ask for the repair quote alongside the replacement quote, the way that March 2026 client did, and line the start date up against your permit timeline.

**Strengths:**
- Roof in a day — a March 2026 full roof finished in under a day
- Owner on the job — Josh Williams named in many of the reviews
- Clean sites — property protected, site swept before the crew leaves
- Repeat customers — several clients describe coming back for more work
- Quick quotes — one 2026 client had pricing and a date within a week
- Siding and trim — vinyl, aluminum trim, shutters and gutters across many jobs
