When an air conditioner stopped working just before a four-day heat wave, a recent customer called Tommy. The unit was not repairable, so he put in Freon to get the customer through until a new unit arrived, then installed the new unit. A recent customer who had used Service Network, Inc. for a few years said Tommy repaired their furnace and AC systems when they stopped working, usually on the day they called. When it came time to replace the HVAC system, that customer said he installed a new furnace, a new AC condenser and smart thermostats on time and on budget, then followed up the next day to make sure everything was operating properly. A 2025 customer said Tom was the only heating repair person able to get out to their mom's place in sub zero weather and get her back up and running. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Tom shared information about their system to help conserve energy. A 2023 customer said they called right back and were at the house in no time. A 2022 customer said they were very happy with a water heater installation from SN Heating. In 2022, a reviewer wrote that the work was priced much fairer than the larger, more advertised outfits. **Strengths:** - Heat-wave AC replacement — Tommy put in Freon, then installed a new unit - A complete system install — new furnace, AC condenser and thermostats on time and budget - Same-day repairs — a recent customer said repairs usually came the day they called - Sub zero heating call — a 2025 customer said Tom got out to their mom's place - Fair pricing — a 2022 customer said the work was priced fairer than larger outfits ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars on Google from 30 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Service%20Network%20Inc.&query_place_id=ChIJ_UZ5_iET44kROPiCEMQgCbU) — “Google: 5★ from 30 ratings” - A recent customer said Tommy put in Freon when an AC unit could not be repaired, then installed a new unit _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xaMU1qSlNXV05ZV1RsdVp5MVpWMlI1UzNKUFVtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb50920c41082f838!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlZ1MjJSWWNYWTluZy1ZV2R5S3JPUmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Two weeks ago my A/C stopped working just as we were heading into a four day heat wave !!!!
