On its BBB profile the company describes design, fabrication and installation of frameless and semi-frameless shower doors and frameless tub bypass doors, and says it also installs doors a customer has already bought. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. One recent Google customer had the company install doors in two bathrooms — a custom door in one and a door bought at Lowes in the other. A recent customer who had shower doors installed called the process from beginning to end seamless. A 2025 customer who described themselves as a do-it-yourself person said they walked the reviewer through the entire process when they came to measure and quote the job. In that 2025 review, the customer wrote that on installation day Geoff and Jeremiah installed the door, showed the household how to clean it properly and left an ammonia-free cleaning spray. A 2022 customer wrote that Bob and his guys had done custom doors at the reviewer's mother's house, an aunt's house and then the reviewer's own house. A 2022 reviewer wrote that a call to the business got no response and questioned whether it was a real business. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0624971, as active, held by Shower Door Guys. **Strengths:** - Two-bath door install — a recent customer had doors put in two bathrooms - A walk-through quote — a 2025 customer said they explained the whole process - Cleaning instructions — a 2025 customer said the installers showed how to clean it **Concerns:** - An unanswered call — a 2022 reviewer said a call got no response ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Designs, fabricates and installs frameless and semi-frameless shower doors and tub bypass doors, by its own description _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/windsor-locks/profile/shower-doors/robert-e-walters-son-llc-0111-87090484) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Shower Door Guys provides custom shower door enclosures, including frameless shower doors, s…” - A recent customer had doors installed in two bathrooms, one custom and one bought at Lowes _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xKU1gzUk9ibEJsYlc5SWNHeElSbU5MWTNrMFQyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbd92dd6f3b0f4da7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlJSX3ROblBlbW9IcGxIRmNLY3k0T2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ The Shower Door Guys have been outstanding on two projects in our home.
