The company says it is a family owned and operated electrical contractor serving Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield Counties, started in 2006 by owner Robert Pinto. A recent customer wanted a 200 amp upgrade and the ability to power the home with a portable generator in an outage; that customer said Rob, the owner, came out for the estimate, and on the day of the upgrade a team of four showed up, two working inside and two outside to keep the downtime to a minimum. The same customer said they took away the old materials and cleaned up after themselves. A recent customer who had waited months on another electrician said the service upgrade went quickly and was well communicated. The jobs run from small to whole-house. A recent customer and a brother hired them to wire an entire house during a complete renovation, and said timelines were met, the worksite was kept clean and they coordinated with the other contractors. In a 100-year-old house, a recent customer said Evan and Kyle got ceiling fans in safely and left a spotless cleanup, though that customer called it an expensive project. A recent customer with an 1850 home said John and Chad protected the work area with tarps during a light fixture installation. A recent customer said they fixed all the required electrical issues in the house and handled the inspection coordination. A 2026 customer said an electrician named Johnathan fit in a same-day appointment for an air handler issue, diagnosed it and switched out a defective part in the breaker in about 30 minutes. A 2026 customer said they set up landscaping lighting to be controlled from a phone. A 2024 customer said Rob's team installed landscape lighting and driveway pier lighting. Connecticut lists its E1 electrician licence, ELC.0191522-E1, as active, held by Signature Electric LLC. **Strengths:** - Service upgrades — a recent customer described a four-person 200 amp upgrade - Whole-house wiring — a recent customer had a renovated house wired - Clean work areas — recent customers said they cleaned up afterward - Fair prices — a recent customer called the prices very fair - Same-day visit — a 2026 customer got a same-day air handler appointment **Concerns:** - Project cost — a recent customer called a ceiling fan job expensive ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star Google average across 27 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Signature%20Electric%20Services%20llc&query_place_id=ChIJ78rEvqE1pUoRuHipJSgjNeU) — “Google: 5★ from 27 ratings” - Describes itself as a family owned electrical contractor serving Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield Counties, started in 2006 by owner Robert Pinto _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://signatureelectricservices.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Signature Electric Services is a family owned and operated Electrical Contractor servicing Fairfield, New H…” - A recent customer described a 200 amp service upgrade done by a team of four _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT20wMWIxcDRlV0Z5ZGkxVlQwNVdOekY0WjBSTWRuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe535232825a978b8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm01b1p4eWFydi1VT05WNzF4Z0RMdnc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I couldn’t be more impressed with this electrical company!
