A 2025 customer said Kevin responded promptly about a Level 2 EV charger, came to the house to assess the location and told them what to order. That 2025 customer wrote that Will did the installation and the charger was installed two hours after the truck arrived. A 2024 customer said that after a bad thunderstorm they came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, provided two options and identified a serious problem that required an EverSource intervention. A 2023 customer whose house had been extensively renovated said Kevin talked through the lighting and the organization of switches and outlets in every room. A 2023 review describes a generator hookup and an upgraded service at the reviewer's house. A 2026 customer said Kevin came to the house to discuss several electrical projects, but no estimate was sent. That customer's voicemail and email got no response, and after Kevin said the office would send the quote, they had still heard nothing from Sloss Electric. **Strengths:** - EV charger install — a 2025 customer said it was installed two hours later - Same-day storm call — a 2024 customer said they came out the same day - Lighting layout — a 2023 customer said Kevin talked through each room **Concerns:** - Unsent estimate — a 2026 customer said a promised quote never came ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says on its website it has been in business 58 years _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](https://www.slosselectric.net) — “Self-reported 58 years in business” - Describes electrical contracting for residential, commercial and industrial customers on its BBB profile _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/prospect/profile/electrician/sloss-electrical-contracting-llc-0111-87003337) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Sloss Electrical Contracting, LLC offers electrical contracting services for residential, co…” - A 2025 customer said a Level 2 EV charger was installed two hours after the truck arrived _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pCRmNVMTZWbE14VDNsNmMydE1aVGRXWkhoTE5XYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd93bc6f67ec4387a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjBFcU16VlMxT3l6c2tMZTdWZHhLNWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ These guys are great.
