Alex runs Smart Climate out of Stoughton, working the South Shore and up toward Quincy — a Reddit thread on r/QuincyMa also named them for a full AC system and ductwork replacement — and reviewers name him directly often enough that this reads like a small, owner-led crew rather than a call-center operation.

The specific jobs described are the kind that stick: pulling a furnace that dated to 1950 and dropping in a new one, converting an oil system to a heat pump with a new gas line and gas vents run for the backup furnace, and walking customers through the MassSave whole-home heat pump rebate program and HeatLoan financing.
