A Worcester buyer wrote in May 2026 that the listing agent had described the roof as relatively new and problem-free — and that Kelsy Soderlund climbed it anyway, found hidden roof defects and holes in the fascia, and changed the buyer's decision. That is the kind of account that recurs at Soderlund Inspections.

The company is a one-inspector operation based in Worcester and run by Kelsy Soderlund, who says she bought her first investment property in 2014 and began inspecting in 2019, drawn to old houses after an early job as a house painter. She is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and the site lists a Massachusetts inspector licence number, #1133, which we have not verified against the state registry.
