## The honest read

Solution Garage Door Repair Service repairs and installs garage doors and openers, and its Google page shows 4.9 stars from 50 ratings. A recent customer with a noisy door said it did a full lubrication and tune-up of the hinges, rollers and tracks, and the door is much quieter now.

A 2025 customer said their door got stuck halfway open with the car inside on a Sunday, and someone came over in 90 minutes, freed the door, replaced a frayed cable and adjusted the balance. A 2025 customer said a loud creak was traced to worn end bearings on the torsion tube, which were replaced. A 2025 customer said a broken torsion spring was replaced, the cables adjusted and the tracks lubricated in under an hour.

New doors are part of the work too. A 2025 customer said a custom-sized door for a detached garage was measured, fabricated and installed within two weeks. A 2026 customer said they helped choose a simple design for a rental property's new door, installed the panels and set up the opener and keypad.

A 2025 customer said a technician fixed a sensor alignment issue but they had to wait for a callback. A 2025 customer whose opener light would not turn on said the bulb was replaced and wished for a troubleshooting tip before being charged for a service visit.

**Strengths:**
- Sunday emergency visit — a 2025 customer said someone came over in 90 minutes
- Custom-sized door — a 2025 customer said one was fabricated and installed within two weeks
- Torsion spring repair — a 2025 customer said it was done in under an hour
