A recent customer buying a co-op said Mike Kapur answered their questions on an initial phone call and the inspection was scheduled and completed in less than 24 hours. That customer asked for mold testing, lead water testing and thermal imaging on top of the general inspection, and said the written report followed the next day.

A recent customer said Mike Kapur was quick to respond, came on time, and answered questions on a follow up call after the test results. A recent buyer of a new condo said this was the second time they had used his services.

In 2024, a customer said Mike spent over 4 hours on the house inspection and was at the property before the agreed time. A 2025 customer said his report arrived within a few hours and the recommendations matched what they had discussed. In 2022, a customer said he completed their home inspection on short notice for a reasonable price.

It holds an active Connecticut home inspector licence, HOI.0000844, under Sonic Home Inspections.
